After a much longer period of time than anyone really expected, the first wave of full-length Heavy Gear 4e adventure modules is finally available for purchase!
St. Vincent’s Maw goes back in time to Terra Nova’s 18th century to examine the origins of the most brutal war in the planet’s history. Play as the North or South as they expand into the Badlands, or join a Rover gang at the peak of their power. In addition this adventure includes rules for diseases as well as full statistics for a number of historical vehicles that had previously only ever been mentioned in passing.

During the Heavy Gear 4e RPG Kickstarter, we promised 2 seasons of adventures. The idea was that each season would release with 3 adventures, allowing them to be worked on in batches. Based on the information available to us at that point, the project was going to wrap up in early 2025, allowing us to move on to other things in a reasonable timeframe.

Hi all! Noah here, the Adventures Lead for the Heavy Gear 4th Edition! I hope you’re all excited for the coming seasons of pre-made and carefully crafted adventure modules! First let me share my sincerest apologies for the starter adventure delays. Life threw me some truly overwhelming challenges, and I am saddened to have kept you waiting a little longer for these adventure modules. The team has been doing their very best to support the adventures and I’m incredibly excited to reveal some of their features before their impending release!

Vehicle Rarity
The world of Heavy Gear is full of various factions and powers but what can often be forgotten is that many of those are themselves coalitions of smaller entities. The “North” is a full confederation of 3 leagues of city states for example. Each of those leagues has their own military as well as the Northern Guard and smaller independent reserve or militia units. Within that web of members, different companies produce combat vehicles and sell to those members. However not all members have equal access to all vehicles produced by all companies. Each member would have an easier time buying from local companies for example. This disparity has not truly been modeled in either the RPG or Blitz previously until now.

Hey everyone, Prof here!
Today we are rolling out V1 of the RPG’s Extended Content document. We want all of this in one place for players and directors to be able to refer to at once. Periodically we will update this document with batches of new content or even rotate things out as they get published in official content. The Hanger will be an additional document but that is far from ready yet and likely won’t be online until after launch. Additionally the first wave of canon characters is going to the artists now so we will see some of those soon.

Hey all Prof here.I wanted to talk about some future stuff for Heavy Gear and especially how it’ll interact with the upcoming RPG article. If you missed it, Robert Dubois gave an interview with Zerosum716 over all things Heavy Gear. You totally need to check that out (33:48ish). Zerosum716 does great work.
In this interview they talk about new releases and Robert drops that we are doing New Jerusalem next and that they are in active development. I wanted to get out and talk about how this new faction for Heavy Gear Blitz will interact with the RPG.

Hey, all Prof here again.
Today I want to talk about a recent release on the community site. The F-55 (previously known as the Type-55) and the F-305 frames came out last week and I saw a few questions I wanted to take some time and answer. First off, a quick note on the name of the -55. The original crop of CEF frames all had Type-XXX as their names which was cool but was later changed to F-XXX. Narratively this is just a redesignation of the frames and not so much a retcon or a new unit.
